Hej Alihoppa!
I finally found the time to update you all on what has been going on the past weeks! I'm sorry I haven't updated BUT: I figured it would be better doing the hectic december blog all in ONE.
So as you may know we were all very busy with lucia and practising and it took a lot of work but now it's all over and I can enjoy my christmas break. A week before lucia we practised and sang every day and my voice was extremely dry. But I think it was also a very exciting week and I enjoyed it alot. This was extremely hard for the voice and I was very tired. Usually on the weekends I meet my best friends Louise, Niels and Filippo. Sadly Niels will leave in 10 january and we are all so sad.
In the practise week we worked alot with our voices and I have noticed an Improvement. I can go a lot higher than usually and maybe all the hard work payed off. But I am glad that its over now and I can have some family time. We are going up north to farmor to celebrate and I am very excited!
About the lucia in Lugano. We had four concerts, one in Ikea, one outside in a public space and two in restaurants. It was really beautiful and My mom and my stepdad came! Later we all watched a really good movie called don't breathe. It was really scary. The next day I met my mom to talk about future plans etc. and we walked through beautiful Lugano. I only then noticed how I missed the mountains and swiss bread!
But the moment I was back home in my own bed was priceless. I slept sooo well that night, only sleeping 1 hour each night the others!
So after finally having all my christmas presents together my host family and I drove to the sommarstuga to spend a night there. We gamed some mario and listened to music. We also went to a shopping center the next day and I shopped some fancy tops. The next morning we drove 6 hours up north to Mattmar, Åre.
Christmas eve, which was yesterday, was wonderful! I got really nice presents and way too much money :) We had a nice diner and every thing was so christmassy!
I will update on new years next week! God Jul!

Vi ses :)
